Our products are designed to support your dog’s comfort, but they are not a substitute for responsible pet care.

Pello cooling vests do not make extreme heat safe. Always supervise your dog, provide access to water and shade, avoid hot pavement, and avoid walking your dog during unsafe temperatures.

If your dog shows signs of overheating, discomfort, stress, or illness, remove the product immediately and seek veterinary advice where appropriate.
